Beyond the Banner Advertising
E-Mail Targeting, Newsletters, & eTOCs (electronic table of content) Alerts
e-Healthcare Solutions offers the ability to reach out to physicians, healthcare professionals & consumers through multiple "opt-in" e-mail lists developed by the sites within the e-Healthcare Solutions Network. E-TOCS from leading medical journals provide the journal's current table of content to the physician's Inbox along with your ad, often before the print addition arrives. Advertisements accompany requested information that is high in value to readers and also provides high value impressions.
Site Sponsorships
For participating publishers, e-Healthcare Solutions may recommend a more in-depth sponsorship program in order to build trust and rapport between your brand an its target audience. Sponsorship opportunities arise when we identify a particular site, site tool or content area that reaches your target audience in an exceptional way. At times, a sponsorship is simply more appropriate, denotes exclusivity and support for the specialty or target audience.
Sponsorships take many forms, including:
- Corporate Icons
- Product Icons
- "Supported by" taglines
- Integrated content with the publisher's website
- Pre-paying of subscription fees
- Interstitials (a page displayed between content pages)
Roadblocks See Example

Roadblocks allow an advertiser premium positioning on the home page of a site. They are often used to launch branding initiatives, announce new indications and/or powerfully increase share of voice.
A roadblock consists of multiple ads (2-3) served on a single page. The advertiser “owns” all available real estate on the site’s home page for a set period of time (typically a week or a month based on the publications print schedule).
Interstitial Advertising See Example

Interstitials are a full page advertisement displayed between content pages. Interstitials are exclusive opportunities that provide higher levels of performance and engagement vs. standard placement within the sites. Interstitials are a single full page advertisement that appears as a transitional page between two pages, usually on the path to highly valued content or editorial.
Content Distribution and Micro Sites
e-Healthcare Solutions strongly believes in a dual strategy of both attracting visitors to your web site and taking the most relevant pieces of content from your site and pushing it out to your target audience through sites where your customers congregate.
Pharmaceutical, companies by nature, are content-rich organizations. When a publisher's policies allows, we strongly support our customers' efforts to push content out across the e-Healthcare Solutions Network of sites. They can take the form of branded content micro-sites or disease-state resource centers and are priced on guaranteed "visitors". Traffic drivers usually include the following pull mechanisms:
- Links on specific targeted channel
- Directory Listings
- Disease Center Listings
- Unbranded Banners and links throughout network
- Available open newsletter opportunities throughout network
- Paid keywords against expanded client target list of keywords
